It's super intense. I found myself breaking down and starting to tear up. Yes, they knew the score, but they had a plan and fire extinguisher canisters among other items. They had a reasonable expectation that they might just succeed in rushing the terrorists and retaking the plane. They didn't plan on dying but knew it was a distinct possibility.

- Acknowledging the Flight 93 heroes forces us to consider what we would each do in their place. Too many of us would fall short, so it's easier to say "oh, and them" than to confront our own instincts and discover cowardice.
