My company gives us 4 weeks in a block once every 10 years
When we got it, my wife's main directive in picking what do was to do something we can't do in 2 weeks. So no going to Europe and doing a grand tour, because you can break that into 2 week segments and do it during normal vacations.

So instead, we rented a house in a small town in Ireland and stayed there for month. "Lived like locals". We didn't go to Dublin or Belfast or the Ring of Kerry or anything. We only did one road trip (to her 'ancestral home' in Malin) but other than that, it was local stuff. Some touristy local stuff, but local stuff.
