He made correct decisions on almost all of the plays that appeared to be live mesh-point reads (including the one he tried to pull from Hiter).

The two most encouraging things about the offense were this, and the coaches’ willingness to
use him in the run game.

Given that he was throwing the ball well and making good decisions, our turtling of the offense in the second half seemed like an extreme choice, but it worked, so “scoreboard,” I guess?
