There's no theme as such

It's just a thing where, at the after-party event (where there's music), people will generally take off their jackets, because otherwise its like trying to move with your arms tied down. Normally we all have white tux shirts, but it's a tradition to mod them as you see there, with whatever, sports insignia or unit memorabilia or whatever.
