--It will work and we will make the playoffs. I may not like the way it looks but winning is great. And maybe he adjusts to get there.
--It won't work and there will be a new OC next year.

I do worry that the heavy 'new offense' look to the team strikes me as a guy who is stubborn or a 1 trick pony who doesn't want to adapt or can't adapt to personnel or what worked here before. He has his way and this is his way. When you do that, you better be good and fast.

        I'm putting hope in his quotes from the offseason saying he tailors the scheme to his personnel... you can think all offseason/fall camp something is working great and then find out in the first few weeks you need to adjust.
