I'm surprised by Arch's comments but I guess I shouldn't be because he's probably an entitled shit. He was grown in a lab to be an NFL QB and yet apparently that training did not include an instruction that laughing about an AI video depicting your coach slapping Holly Rowe is a bad move.
Last week, I tuned out almost all CFB media because I did not want to deal with the endless dissection of the last second of UM-WMU. It had all of the hallmarks of a media firestorm: a major program seemingly getting away with a heist against a smaller one, plus you get the advantage of engaging two of the biggest fan bases in the country (UM and OSU). Now, you have Arch - an absolute lightning rod for attention as evidenced by how ESPN has covered him since he enrolled (BTW, he is over three years older than Bryce) - and Texas just sitting in your sights, just waiting to be made the story of the week.
If I had to guess, it won't happen because:
1. ESPN is fully invested in Arch/Texas and they have the biggest bullhorn (the fact that the target of the "joke" is one of their most respected employees won't matter); and
2. Somehow, being opposed to slapping a woman will be seen as being political.
