If it was part of the training of replay officials, it would have been written in a manual somewhere or a Powerpoint presentation. This "protocol" seems to have been invented after the fact.

Also, the replay video released by the B10 after the game showed the clock the replay officials relied upon as embedded in the video itself. But this "oversight committee" says that the replay officials did not rely upon the embedded clock but instead relied upon the stadium clock. WTF? So the B10 superimposed the stadium clock onto the video they released to the public?
Also, I don't recall the stadium clock in the Big House showing hundredths of seconds, as did the clock in the video the B10 released.
Finally, what's up with the "oversight committee" saying that we don't have authority to do anything and then proceeding to address the merits. And evidently without consulting with or hearing from either the B10 or the replay officials. It's like a court declaring that it doesn't have jurisdiction and then going on to render an opinion on the merits after an ex parte hearing.
And of course our lazy, passive, and disgusting AD is doing nothing except reviewing his bank statements.
The whole thing is disgusting.
