It is helpful that they define all the ambiguous terms in this protocol, which was totally the rule all along and was so obvious that nobody actually wrote it down until 3 days after the M/WMU game.

What is a "program feed" and how is that different, if at all, from the "broadcast feed."

Isn't that obvious? You should feel dumb for asking such a stupid question. And also, Michigan cheated.
