It's crazy. They are making up a ridiculous protocol because the mob was outraged that Michigan won after they thought we'd lost....

The good news is that everyone hates the NCAA, so now that the NCAA he ruled in the mob's favor, people are probably going to start dissecting how stupid this supposed protocol actually is (see Wetzel).
