but that doesn't mean much; if they don't have 60 votes for cloture in September they won't hold the vote. Who knows what's going to happen during the 5 week recess that they'll have to deal with when they go back to DC?

I don't understand Cantwell's willingness to do something that shitheads like Cruz and Eric Schmitt, not to mention President Cumstain, is eager for. Every Democrat should be smart enough to understand to oppose everything that a lawless shithead president with a 32% approval rating favors. You don't get anything for being "bipartisan" with an unpopular idiot.
