My wife got a very expensive appliance for her mouth to treat her moderate sleep apnea. It stopped her snoring that drove me to another room a couple of times a week. She clearly is better rested.

The other benefit of this is that I don’t need to get up so often to pee. It appears my prostate issues aren’t as bad as I thought.

- I was diagnosed with a very mild case of sleep apnea about 10 years ago. The sleep doc referred me to a dentist who specialized in these devices. They wanted like $3k-$4k for it. I tried a $100 device from Amazon - By apblue September 23, 2026 at 12:32:49 PM
