I was diagnosed with a very mild case of sleep apnea about 10 years ago. The sleep doc referred me to a dentist who specialized in these devices. They wanted like $3k-$4k for it. I tried a $100 device from Amazon

That has worked pretty well. It’s called zyppah. We also recently got a bed that we can incline the head and that seems to help too.
