Dude wants to enter into contracts that are absolutely ludicrous. I warn him about what he's signing up for and I'm told I'm too risk averse. I'm like, dude, I'm trying to protect you from downside risk you have no idea you're entering into. This isn't merely transactional, it's a 3-5 year contract engagement we have no possibility to walk back from. Doesn't matter. I'm told we need to "buy the business."

I'm documenting all of my objections, because I know when all of this falls apart, he'll try to pin it on me.
