Somebody mentioned Bob Stoops below and is that a strange career or what?

The guy was a fantastically successful college coach, one of the best overall records of all time, and was still at the very top of his game when he retired at what these days is the shockingly young age of 56. Now what's really odd to me about this story is that a few years later he goes off and spends four years coaching in rinky dink minor professional league. I can understand just deciding you're not going to coach any more for all sorts of reasons, but why the hell do that if you're going to coach at all? Surely he could have gotten a top college job, or even an NFL head coaching job? Anyway, he "retired" again last year, and now he's 66 so it's a very different story from ten years ago, but that's an odd one.
