The positive thing for me is we have tried different things to spark the offense each week. There are transition costs to new schemes and it’s not realistic to just say “design the scheme around the talent” without giving a little time to work through issues and figure out how to use that talent the best way. By next year we could be running the exact same offense with the exact same players and be putting up 40 points per game, who knows.

I won’t be patient forever, but as long as it seems like we’re getting better I’m content. Today will be a good test.
