couple questions

Why did they pull away from the gate without everyone being seated/fastened?

Doing this would have allowed them to boot the kid off the flight before pulling away. Seems like an airline mistake and a big one.

Also, what kind of parent can't get their kid to sit down. My guess is the parent is the problem. I'd have booted them both.
