I remain a big fan of their “nerdy” data-driven approach, to the extent that most other M-specific FB content generally strikes me as bland and vibes-based. And Brian is still a very talented writer, despite the obvious waning of his enthusiasm for the job over the years.
Of course they have blind spots, as any analytical approach does. And Seth’s foibles are well-noted. I’d like to see Alex Drain play a larger role—his “just the facts, ma’am” style is a much better complement to Brian’s more creative and opinionated approach, IMO.
