Public areas or parks that aren't gate kept through the need for extreme physical fitness to access them are usually annoying. I'm sure this makes child raising more difficult and tiring.

Americas upper crust (despite its many, many faults) embraces a folksyness that makes this type of blatant laziness somewhat declasse, unfortunately the masses don't share these values
