Won't even block him because he's said if she blocks him he's going to contact the police and her employer (for what? don't ask, he's delusional and is making shit up). He's said he's going to do this anyone a thousand time and never done it, but it still scares her.
His name is still on the lease, and the latest is that he's going to come there today. I don't think he has a key, though we can't be 100% sure he didn't make a copy. I told her if he does come, then she should contact the police, even if he is on the lease and therefore has some claim to the right to stay there. That if he truly wants to move back in, have his mom contact her and to work out a plan. Can't negotiate with terrorists.
This deadbeat, of course, has a bunch of stuff there. He's demanding to get taken off of the least one second, then saying he's moving back in the next. He's also shitfaced at 8am on a Thursday. Presumably he lost his shitty job by now; he's a severe alcoholic.
I am at a loss. To top it off, I'm in a different state. She is planning to move to California but we are currently long distance. Just venting mostly but if anyone has experience with something like this or advice, I'm all ears.
