At the same stage iife, Gen X is wealthier than Boomers were. And Millenials are wealthier than Gen X. Yes, inlfation adjusted

Of course the Boomers have more wealth - they've had far more time to accumulate and compound it. As those assets transfer to Gen X and Gen X assets grow, eventually people will be complaining about us.

The debt/defciti is a different thing but I only blame Boomers to t he extent they were the largest voting bloc and refused to ever vote for either lower spending or tax increases to get it under control. Its not rally their fault that they paid so little I to SSI and Medicare relateive to the benefits they now take out - that was the system. (And entitlement spending + higher interest is what is really driving the deficit now.)
