I mean, it is fishy, I'll give them that. There's a discrepancy from the clock we see on TV - why? I've never heard of that in any of my previous 1000 college football games. And what makes the replay clock right?

It doesn't matter by the rules because they're told to use the replay clock, but it's still pretty shitty.
