I’ve heard the official clock and stadium clock are different plenty of times. Agree it’s fishy, after the game I thought it was bullshit. But then the video came out.

Hence my confusion about the claim. The Big Ten said their review used the official clock (whatever the hell that is). If you use that video and nothing else (no emotion, no preconceived notion, just the review video) they obviously and conclusively made the right call. There is 0.0 judgment in that decision. Foot out of bounds? Conclusive. Player touches ball? Conclusive. Time still on clock? Conclusive.

So my question, what is the claim?

1. The Big Ten doctored the clock image so the replay official would grant Michigan a second Hail Mary?

2. The Big Ten doctored the video to support a cheated call?

3. Incompetence happened that had the Big Ten replay review a play and clock that were out of synch?

4. Michigan cheated because Michigan cheats.
