Not super eager to start off our neighborly relationship on poisonous terms

Though the ball is mostly in her court, and as an added bonus I'm only here through 2028, so it's not like this is the rest of my life. Still, I'd as soon make it clear to her she ain't going to get what she wants balanced with enough tact she doesn't feel she has to dig in and put us both through a pointless legal fight.

- Your definitely taking the high road. I'm in an urban neighborhood with a lot of share fence lines (small yards) . Usually the fence owner puts the boards on their side for the aesthetic.
