In the three friends drinking tea conversation (that I can't yet find) he also mentioned that he gained over 40 pounds during med school, and that during covid he decided to put a weight room in his basement, that his wife joined in and is now more fit than he is, that she dead lifts more than he weighs. They joked about how she could lift him. (Look at pictures of him during his run for governor compared to now - he was really chubby back then.)
