agree...the question of should he have been able to audible or not is different...

they were going for a quick snap, which precluded scanning the field, but checking out of it would have been an easy pitch and catch. Of course this opens up the possibility of pre-snap movement by a lineman or some other 5 yard penalty that seriously screws up the TD opportunity.
