It isn't Michigan.

I know you've looked at recent estimates of NIL spending. Is Michigan in the top 8 most of the time? Not the ones that I've seen. Michigan is usually in the next 8. It's Michigan. The whore who doesn't have sex on Sunday. The school that clung to the transformational versus transactional fiction until it was dragged into spending. The Clemson of the North. M isn't OSU, M isn't Oregon, Texas, LSU, Oregon, ND, TAMU, Miami, Florida. T.Tech....We are in the next group. The ballyhooed Michigan money cannon is not the highest caliber.

        I like your big picture analysis, but am losing hope in the staff's ability to just clean up penalties.
