Even MLS, a notoriously cheap sports league that is out of step with its peers, is at 25%. Player compensation is going to grow and schools are going to have to figure out how to cut the bloat that caused them to only be breaking even despite having artificial caps on the compensation of their revenue-producing employees.

        I agree 100%. NIL is a patch. The fix is massive rationalization in athletic departments. ADs are massively overpaid. It happened because there was no where else to spend money.
