He's not a traditional striker in that he is not great at making those movements in the box and finishing but he drops back into midfield to help his teammates (thereby creating space into which the wingers can run) and he's an outstanding presser. Guirassy does none of that. His name came up during Barca's summer of striking out with new strikers because his release clause is low but the general feedback is that he doesn't press or help in midfield so he would be a terrible fit with Hansi.

Also, Haaland does not have a reputation of dropping into midfield to help with the buildup. He's one of those guys who will disappear if his team isn't controlling midfield because he isn't going to come back to help. This was evident, for example, in the England-Norway match where he did nothing other than get wide open for Fucking Sorloth to ignore when Norway should have gone up 2-0.
