Agree on all 4 as to why M is rated 16. I think 12-16 is a fair rating. #4 the most important reason for the rating.

I'll take the bet on under 9.5 all day long. And I believe that total wins is by far the most important criterion in making the playoffs unless you can get a cheap auto-bid. And 10 wins for a B1G school is a must.
I think by season's end M will be real good. And it won't matter.
