The guy who I’m surprised gets overlooked is David Cone

He was pretty dominant from 1988 to 1999. Don’t think he ever had a ERA of 4, and had several top three Cy Young finishes (and won once).

He also was a great big game pitcher as well.

And in terms of nasty stuff, he was up there.
