Great summary - couple of points

1 - for exercise, just walk a lot. It’s amazing how effective walking is for burning calories and keeping the body running well.

2 - hip flexibility. I’ve generally stayed in excellent condition, but have always had very poor hip flexibility. I always thought it was my hamstrings being tight from running, but now realize the problem is my hips. And it has gotten worse over the years. I would love to do more yoga, but my lack of flexibility makes many poses simply impossible. I made it my goal to improve this year and am finally making progress. I think this is critical for staying fit and healthy as I age.
