I struggle from the same hip issues and tight hamstrings

Posted on September 3, 2026 at 09:39:43 PM by plug

Had piriformis syndrome start in my 30s. Stretching helps, there is one specific stretch that resolves piriformis flare ups. Bob and Brad special. I lay flat on my stomach, bull my leg up as far as possible, lay in that position for 90 to 120 seconds. That works better than all the hamstring stretches and hip flexors combined. I’ve always expected to need hip surgery someday. I still do.
