I hear it all second hand, but it sounds like it.

We all know guys like this, but a really smart guy. Was also All-State track athlete, could have gone to college on it. Went fishing in Alaska instead, never wanted to play by someone else's rules. A couple divorces, no money. Drank a lot, maybe other drugs as well. Got his pelvis smashed a couple years ago at work, probably got addicted to opiods --- just a guess.
