And it is fragile as f*ck and highly politicized. NPR did a great story on the texas power gird and middle of the night attempts to connect parts of it that were interdicted by police raids, etc.

Given all of that, and despite the size of texas, I think there is likely even Greater awareness and concern by citizens of the affect of the construction of data centers on ALL parts of texas and their f'd up power grid.
