Meanwhile we are repeating the EXACT same process that got Sherrone hired with hoops. It's not even surprising at this point b/c Warde Manuel is a fucking (400 lb) suit.

The hope was (still is) that Whitt could provide some stability, be a bridge to the next coach, keep the Michigan ethos (dominant OL/DL and run game) intact.         He did groom a successor. Turned out that aside from being a phenomenal OL coach, Moore was also an instagram junkie/compulsive masturbator. Jim is football smart, not people smart.         I don’t think this is accurate. Harbaugh viewed/endorsed Moore as his successor. Moore’s work as OL coach and OC was instrumental in the 40-3 run.
