There was a time when conference rivalries were more important to me, but that time has passed. Hell, I don’t even care about playing MSU. OSU is the only conference rivalry I care about anymore.

Now, clearly, 18-team conferences are stupid. So I’d rather have a better solution. And regional conferences make more sense for various reasons. But if our regional conferences contained ND and Cincinnati instead of Purdue and Penn State…I wouldn’t care.
