I could live with that OR I like a 20 team League---with 4 five team pods (divisions)

In a nutshell:

Pods (divisions) A, B, C, D

9 game league seasons - in essence 2 ten team conferences that change yearly based on a 3 year cycle

first year: Pod A plays Pod B + the 4 teams in it's pod
second year: Pod A plays Pod C +
third year Pod A plays Pod D +

etc.

I'd go East:
Virginia
PSU
UNC
Mary
Rutgers

Mid East:
UM
OSU
MSU
Indiana
PU

North West:
Wisconsin
Minnesota
Iowa
Washington
Oregon

South West:
NW
Illinois
NU
UCLA
USC

The two winners of the rotating 9 game schedule would play for the B1G title OR even better
The top 2 teams in each 10 team yearly pairing have an auto bid to the CF Playoff.

Instead of UVA & UNC you could do Cal & Stanford and just put Nebraska with the 4 Cali schools.

Cal & Stanford don't help our recruiting as much as UNC & UVA. Ga Tech & Miami might really help. Though, I suspect money is now the most important determinant in recruiting.
