The disabled should get world class services, you should get your parking pass and people should use canes. Provisioning things is difficult, people bitch about how critical health care services, unemployment, and whatever else are provisioned as well. Yes, creating barriers to services means many deserving people go without, that's why its a wicked problem and we don't seem to get any better at it. Still, people ignoring abuse doesn't get anywhere either.

        I have no clue if anyone I meet is disabled or faking it. Nor would I ask. The truly disabled are far more disadvantaged by the mass of scammers than anyone else.
